Jose Luis Rosas Bárcenas, former policemen of a Special Forces Group of the local Public Security Secretariat (SSP), was arrested for his alleged involvement in the kidnapping and murder of a young Antonio Equihua.
Sixteen year-old Antonio Equihua was the son of a central Abasto lime merchant. The abduction and murder of Equihua occurred on April 22, while he was on his way to school.
