Gunmen opened fire on the home of police officer Carlos Reyes Lopez. He and ten members of his family were killed and it is not known who was behind the attack, but it is believed that the motive was retaliation or a family dispute. Reyes Lopez was a member of an elite police agency that tries to eliminate corruption from public security forces.
