08/18/10 – Three people were found dead at the side of a highway in the municipality of Reynosa, Nuevo León. All three of the bodies had been decapitated; the heads were left a few meters away. An anonymous tip led local police to investigate the claim sometime after midnight on Wednesday.
One of the victims appeared to be between the ages of 60 and 70 meanwhile the other two ranged from the ages of 20 to 30. All three appeared to have been tortured prior to being executed; neither had any form of identification on them. A handwritten “narcomessage” was left near the bodies.
