Yesterday evening an agent of the Federal Public Ministry (Ministerio Público Federal) was shot to death after he had boarded his vehicle, in front of the Attorney General’s Office (Procuraduría General de la República –PGR) in Mazatlán, on Mar Avenue. According to a report issued by the PGR, the victim in question is thirty-seven year old Jesús Manuel Ramírez Murillo. He was shot more than sixty times with AK-47 rifles in front of his co-workers.
