As college students start planning Spring Break, the U.S. State Department has issued a warning about traveling to Mexico. Drug violence remains high in border cities, and U.S. civilians can get trapped . Tijuana, Chihuahua, and Ciudad Juarez are the most affected areas. The State Department reports that over 100,000 tourists visit Mexico every year for spring break.
