Justice in Mexico Project releases news monitor for January 2013

NM CoverThe Justice in Mexico Project of the Trans-Border Institute at the University of San Diego has released the monthly news monitor for January 2013.  Thanks to the generous support of the John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation, we are excited to offer in depth monitoring, research, and analysis of Mexico’s public security, rule of law, and human rights issues.

Highlights from January 2013:
