Justice in Mexico Director David Shirk participated on July 21 on C-SPAN’s “Your Money” series, during which he discussed a USA Today story on the $15 million the Department of Defense spent in 2013 in training assistance to Mexico’s armed forces to help fight drug trafficking and organized crime along the border.
