Justice in Mexico Director David Shirk recently interviewed with Once Noticias to discuss U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry’s May 21-22 visit to Mexico City. Shirk discusses the bilateral importance of the visit, Kerry’s first to Mexico since taking over as Secretary of State in 2013. Kerry’s visit largely focused on a few key topics, including how to increase bilateral educational ties.
