Four are killed execution-style in Puebla

Four people were found shot in the head in the municipality of Venustiano Carranza located in the state of Puebla. The bodies were found early Monday morning when elements of the Secretary of Public Security (Secretaría de Seguridad Pública – SSP) found them while on patrol. Information as to who may be responsible for these killings is very limited because there were no witnesses.

All four bodies were male and are believed to be between the ages of 20 and 30. Investigators state that the evidence found at the crime scene hint at the possibility that the four of them were killed execution-style. All four appear to have been on their knees when the shooters shot them in the head. They had been at a close proximity to each other when killed. Local residents stated that neither of the four is from around the area where they were found. One of the bodies was identified as Jesús Lima Velázquez, 31, from the State of México.
