Miguel Ángel Félix Gallardo, ‘El Padrino’, one of the most significant narco-traffickers of the 1980s, wrote a 32 page note from the maximum security prison Altiplano. Gallardo has been imprisoned for the past 20 years for the murder of Enrique Camarena. He details his experiences and claims his innocence on several crimes that were linked to him, such as ordering the deaths of Héctor Luis “El Güero Palma” Salazar and his family and the murder of Camarena.
