Following the arrest of Joaquín “El Chapo” Guzmán, David Shirk, Director of the Justice in Mexico Project at the University of San Diego and Global Fellow at the Mexico Institute of the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars, commented on the radio program of Javier Solózano, one of Mexico’s leading journalists.
