Luis Camilo Osorio recognizes Chihuahua as a state that is trying to get back on its feet. It has begun to establish oral trials and transparency mechanisms within the state, as well as combating the drug trafficking problem that has plagued Chihuahua for some time. Dr. Luis Camilo Osorio Isaza, embassador in Mexico, is quoted saying, “We will have an opportunity to exchange our experiences, to talk about topic that we have in common, and to strengthen our social fabric into one of peace.”
