08/12/10 – Two charred bodies were found inside a car left abandoned near a Wal Mart in Tlajomulco de Zuñiga, Jalisco. The finding was made early Thursday morning when authorities responded to emergency calls made by local residents who reported a car engulfed in flames. The two bodies were found gagged inside the trunk of the car. Neither of the two victims has been identified.
Three months ago, the remains of three people were found in the same location. It was presumed that a crime group known as La Resistenca was responsible for those deaths. A video that was released last week showed a group of people questioning members of La Resistenca; later in the video, the questioners stated that they had received orders to “destabilize” the metropolitan area of Guadalajara. The identities of the people in the video are still unknown.
