At least two suspected drug traffickers arrested, one injured, after a clash between soldiers and a group of people who were guarding a suspected synthetic drug lab .
The first reports from military sources, mentioned that the shooting occurred in the Municipality of Huetamo, located on the border of Michoacan and Guerrero.
After the exchange of gunfire, the soldiers managed to stop one couple, one was wounded in the stomach and was taken to a hospital with strong security measures to prevent a possible rescue.
According to reports available at the site of the clash have been found, so far, 68 sacks of caustic soda of about 25 kilos each, the substance used as a base to produce “crystal”.
On the site were also secured two guns, an AR-15 rifle and a 9 mm pistol, and some other tools to manufacture the drug.
