According to Attorney General Rommel Moreno Manjarrez, the first oral trialin Baja Californis will be postponed until 2010 due to some technical issues. Moreno Manjarrez has faith that within the next year, the physical infrastructure to move forward with criminal justice reforms will be in place. In order to not postpone pending trials, Moreno Manjarrez proposed to resolve conflicts of a criminal nature through mediation between both parties.
