La reforma al sistema de justicia penal en México

06/19/12 – On June 15, the  Justice in Mexico Project presented its latest monograph titled, “La reforma al sistema de justicia penal en México.” This monograph, which is the first book published in Spanish by JMP, aims to contribute to the recent changes to the Mexican justice system by providing an analysis of the relevant provisions to the reform process. The authors offer concrete state-specific examples and analysis of new technical reforms incorporated into the Mexican criminal law.

The monograph is the result of the collaboration between the University of San Diego (USD) and the Autonomous University of Baja California (Universidad Autónoma de Baja California, UABC) in Mexicali–a partnership that was provided funding by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) through Higher Education for Development (HED), which allocates resources to train lawyers and professors from the state of Baja California, Mexico.
